Migrating from windows 8.1 to windows 10 I did not notice any issue. I think so -after some information found- cause of the installation application asked a certain driver to supply that we have omitted:īut, the installation software for windows 10 has no solution to handle the bus with USB-3 in our computers and the DVD-RAM become not installed and not recognized in the BIOS where you probably will notice VOID in ODD (Optical Digital Driver) that as a hardware connected should be informed. The reason why it has disappeared have I changed the hard disk with SSD and installed windows 10 again from a memory stick. Now, my ODD (Optical Digital Driver) is present in the list of devices from Control Panel, but I want to install a more recent driver.īy the way, it seems that Microsoft is trying to solve this issue because my Matshita DVD has become visible no matter what I did nothing. I have had the same situation, but after reading some DVD with movies it disappeared again. Astrotheque, check that the DVD is fully working.
